* Bring any documention from your Veterinarian about the condition your dog needs rehabilitation for including the x-rays if you can. Don't forget the immunization record. 

* It's that easy. Now your pet will be ready for a rehab evaluation.

* We will determine a plan that best suits you and your pet's needs.
